Sponsorship Program Ad Specifications
All program ad materials are due by Friday, May 3, 2024.
- Course / Diamond / Dinner / Lunch / Platinum: Full-Page, 4-color, 5″ x 7-1/2
- Golf Towel / Golf Ball / Gold / Closest to the Pin / Silver: Half-Page, 4-color, 5″ x 3-1/2″
- Bronze: Quarter-page, 4-color, 2-3/8″ x 3-1/2
- Copper / Tee & Green: Company name listing only
PREFERRED FILE FORMAT: PDF/X-1a – which means that it conforms to PDF version 1.3 (Acrobat 4); it has an output resolution of 2400 dpi; it is composite CYMK for 4-color process ads it uses high-quality or lossless compression; and fonts are embedded and subsetted 100%; as well as other characteristics. This format is acceptable for full or partial pages. Trapping is the responsibility of the file provider. Further information about PDF-X1a can be found at http://www.pdf-x.com.
ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS: Other file types – such as Postscript, TIFF, EPS, native Photoshop files or other native application files such as QuarkXPress, InDesign, PageMaker, Illustrator, Freehand, etc. – are acceptable only when they are provided with their supporting (linked) hi-res images and fonts.
UNACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS: Any RGB file; Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, or Excel file(s) – these are unacceptable because they are not intended for pre-press production.
